1. About Perkora

Perkora is a loyalty rewards platform that allows customers to earn and redeem points at participating merchant locations. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Perkora is open to individuals aged 13 and over. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Points & Rewards

• Points are awarded at the discretion of participating merchants.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Perkora and merchants reserve the right to change point values or reward availability at any time.
• Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
• Fraudulent activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of all points.

4. Privacy & Data

We collect your name, contact information, and transaction data to operate the program. Your data is stored securely via Supabase and is never sold to third parties. We may share anonymised data with participating merchants for analytics purposes. By enrolling you consent to this use of your data.

5. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Perkora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the rewards system, or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Merchant Participation

Merchants participating in Perkora are independent businesses. Perkora is not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of any participating merchant. Reward availability is subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Perkora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in the rewards program.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Perkora after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
